I needed new windows & shopped around. Ordered Crystal through a contractor. Installed them over the weekend & they work wonderfully. No problems and they just have a better look than my old beat up windows. I'm happy for what I paid and what I got.
I usually don't leave reviews, but I just had to after such great customer service. I went in to get some new windows for my home. I did a little research prior to visiting their showroom but I found out that it was not enough. They were very knowledgeable and informed me about all the benefits of energy efficient windows. I believe that the they were a great deal for the price I paid. I had a third party installer put them in and I have no problems at all.
Crystal's brand identity, products & professionalism has helped structure my business. I am grateful for their dedication to their customers. In the years to come I am confident that my business will grow along-side Crystal and have a positive outcome.
After being AAMA Certified by Crystal's installation course, business has been great. When are you having another certification course? I would like to sign my guys up as well!
Crystal is great! I was skeptical when I first started using their brand. I did a little research and found out that they are a pretty big player in the window industry. 5 years later, I am installing windows at an increased level and it's all thanks to Crystal. My customers tell their friends about my installation and Crystal's products and then I have another job. Crystal also honors their warranty and makes my job as an installer easier by servicing their own products.
had a professional contractor Installed 4 windows all leaking air. first with an arrogant attitude, Crystal blamed the contractor for bad installation, then after 3 weeks in freezing winter nights dealing with bad customer service (advised me to put cardboard where the leak until inspection!... once said they are very busy) a technician came to inspect the windows and admit there was missing sealants and I had to schedule again to resolve the issue... another 3 weeks passed and here they send the technician who did an ok job... read more
I love Crystal Windows! I came in last Saturday & was shocked to find out that they're not window installers but window manufacturers since I always pass their sign on the highway. I was upset that they weren't going to sell to me but the Marketing Department stopped by & gave me a great referral to an installer. Lucky us the installer came over & spoke to us. He gave us a good price with the installation & I'm expecting some new windows for the spring.
Customer service is very important & Crystal has trained their CSR's/Account Support to handle just that. Very impressed with their products & services.
