I would not go anywhere else! Crystal is the best! The office staff is great I never have a problem not sure why anyone else does. I have been seeing Crystal for years now and she does an amazing job. She is also very friendly if i see her out in public. Follow the rules and you will be in good shape and not dropped as a patient. Its really not that hard to show up on time for an appointment. So I was supposed to have an appointment with her and I was 10 minutes early at my telehealth. Then by 10:09, which was 9 minutes later, she was late. Cancel the appointment on me. And then totally ignored me whenever I try to text Message her back. How lovely is a person who is a psychiatrist who doesn't even know. How to be a human being. I remembered I was rich so I bought me some new emotions and a new boat cause I'd rather cry in the ocean it's Nick D baby.
First, she canceled on me with two hour notice via email, not text or phone but only email. Secondly, appointment was rescheduled and I couldn’t make the appointment so I called four times but they don’t staff anyone to answer the phones and leaving a voicemail isn’t an option because the voicemail recording ends and starts again.
