Large complex that houses many families, students, singles and elder tenants. Safe and crime free, secure buildings and on-site maintenance for faster service.
I only signed a year lease, and my AC is busted a third time. If you value leaving your pets at home in the summer, this isn't for you. I feel I pay more than the place is worth and value my packages not being vandalized. It is one of the worst rentals I've lived in, and I've rented downtown Omaha.
I recently moved in and so far my experience has been favorable. My requests have been addressed in a timely fashion, I haven't experienced any bugs or pests and the management has been very accommodating. I really like my new place. The only issue I have is the pet owners don't pick up after their pets.
