Everything was great until they were bought out. They are a total joke. I canceled my account and they’re still trying to charge me. No customer service. The website and app isn’t helpful. Just go back to drinking tap water… that’s probably what they put in their bottles anyway. A total joke, and they’ve been reported to the bbb
If I could give a negative star I would. Sat on the phone for more than 30 min to be told yes my delivery is on its way just running late. To hang up and then receive a text your delivery will not arrive online and it has been rescheduled. What a joke!
Company was great as ready fresh but now they deliver unwanted amounts and charge you for it. I called them they said they would stop the charge and didn’t . You can’t get any help from them at all on the phone or chat. As soon as I can get someone to cancel I am.
Water tastes good and bottles easy to open. Price for the 24 packs and delivery are very reasonable. Like to have it brought to my home rather than buy it piecemeal at the grocery store. driver is pleasant and efficient. Recommend Crystal Springs as a vendor.
Horrible company!!! They were scheduled to deliver 2 bottles. We did not receive any bottles and we were billed for 6. I have security cameras that show no delivery. I have called multiple times and chatted multiple times and bill is still not resolved. We were long time customers that always pay on time, but we will be finding another company to use. Dishonest employees and terrible customer service! Time to move on.
