Water tastes good and bottles easy to open. Price for the 24 packs and delivery are very reasonable. Like to have it brought to my home rather than buy it piecemeal at the grocery store. driver is pleasant and efficient. Recommend Crystal Springs as a vendor.
Horrible company!!! They were scheduled to deliver 2 bottles. We did not receive any bottles and we were billed for 6. I have security cameras that show no delivery. I have called multiple times and chatted multiple times and bill is still not resolved. We were long time customers that always pay on time, but we will be finding another company to use. Dishonest employees and terrible customer service! Time to move on.

Enjoy the products, but the contracted distributor in Delaware is inconsistent in service.
The most unprofessional business out there. The one and only delivery we got, the guy sat in the truck for 20 minutes and then drove away, he came back next day and did the same thing. The only reason we ever got our first and only delivery is because my husband ran after the truck after he started to drive away again. Time for our second delivery, they no showed us, we call next day we’re told theres no driver for us so we won’t be getting another delivery.
