Run, dont walk, RUN from this company. We started up the service for our company and they delivered may twice and then arbitrarily changed our delivery day and then stopped delivering altogether. The deliveries have been re-scheduled multiple times and they simply dont show. This has happened 10 plus times. Its been approx 6 weeks that we have not received any water. Please dont bother with this company...they are absolutely unreliable and the worst...
My 2nd delivery has been rescheduled FOUR times without my knowledge due to a lack of availability with their drivers. Had I known they were having employee shortage I would have ordered a much larger supply. Customer service has done nothing to rectify the situation, just keep telling me the will make delivery on next scheduled day. Cancelling my service, this was HORRIBLE.
Haven’t received order even after I called twice
Water delivery missed for weeks and zero morsels to give by customer service. BEWARE OF CRYSTAL WATERS OR PRIMO WATERS
Did not receive a delivery for over 6 weeks. Called to figure out why our delivery kept getting missed, kept getting different answers from every person we spoke to. Was told our delivery would be rescheduled to the next day at least 4 times and still never received our water. Don’t waste your time.
