We are a business with 4 accounts and just added a 5th. Have yet to see the delivery of our new equipment or water. Driver has no showed twice now without notice.
I don’t understand how this company stays in business. We have had the same terrible service as most of the reviewers. They give a delivery/pickup date in the app, but they never show up and we have to constantly work to get them to come out. This all started after they went under “new management”. We are canceling.
Not sure who I spoke to on the phone today at the Knoxville branch but she was extremely rude. I've been trying to get a hold of you all for weeks about scheduling a delivery and haven't been responded to - radio silence. Finally had customer service transfer me over to the branch and the woman I spoke with had extremely poor attitude and was not trying at all to help me or make things easier. I regretfully have to file a 1 star review for this company. I have used this service for about 3 years and recently have had nothing but issues. It started with my dispenser having an issue when brewing K cups, it would spew over and run down the side of the machine making a large mess in the carpet of our office. I had setup an appointment for a replacement dispenser. They scheduled it for Thursday so I cleared my schedule of all out of office appointments for the day, only to login in at 3pm and see I had been rescheduled... read more
I do not recommend. I've had 3 scheduled services and they never show up and cancel on my app. I sent multiple e-mails and have spoken to random customer service reps. I wanted to cancel but my husband wants to try one more time. I'm sure they will not show up again but we will see
