I have been a patient at Crystal Run Healthcare for over a decade. Starting in August, I began seeing doctors in the West Nyack office and have been thoroughly disappointed. First, in August, I was looking for a gastroenterologist for some ongoing gastro issues I have been having. Dr. Anthony Nici was the only doctor with close to immediate availability. Since this healthcare center opened I chose to be seen by professionals in medicine. My early experience there was quite interesting. As a retired healthcare giver for 35 years I’ve been seeing my annual physician. Years later Doctors seem to come and go. I was treated each year by different doctors. 2 phlebotomists whom I’ve reported were plain inexperienced. Blood covered the whole pillow. I was in shock. No urgency - no customer service . 30 - 45 minute hold time is outrageous.
I love this location but something that I dislike is having to call for records or a letter from my kids doctors, & them asking for my number so they can call me whenever they have the letters ready & having me wait for a damn phone call & never receive it unless I call & if I call my letters are never made !! That’s something this place needs to work on !!!!
