Dr. Sinyor and Goldie were absolutely amazing! They were so amazing and patient with our son, we had a 4:30 pm appointment on a holiday weekend and my husband and I were absolutely blown away by how kind and unrushed they were. Thank you so much!
Absolutely the worst experience that I have had in a long time. Recently they updated their records system which was supposed to make things better but in my opinion it has only made it worse. While they were updating the “records” somehow the wrong insurance was put on my profile causing me to get a bill for something that my correct insurance covers. My primary doctor and GYN were the greatest but due to the recent changes in Crystal run my doctors are no longer with the organization . My new doctors are horrible with new requirements just to refill a prescription. Long wait times and unprofessional staff .
Used to love crystal run healthcare, but the patient care and experience went out the window. I cant even get to them to get a refill on my prescription. Very disappointed, this goes without saying but I dont recommend.
