I had purchase a beautiful 2019 Ram Limited a year ago but unfortunately had an accident were the truck was deemed a total loss. I need the warranties to be canceled and this were I am having problems. It seems no one wants to return a phone call or email. I did get ahold of Troy, finally, who told me to just send in the paperwork from my insurance company. Than nothing not even communication that the paperwork was received. So my takeaway from Chrystal is they don't care about you once you drive off their lot.

Don't come here unless you want to get raked over the coals. Even when you bring your own financing they don't want to sell you a car. I'm sure this is because they don't get their kick back from the financing. I had financing, all they had to do was send a fax and they wouldn't. With so many dealerships out there, keep driving past this one. If you aren't willing to pay for their thousand dollar balloons hanging from the ceiling, they don't want a customer.
