I went there to buy my very first Jeep and I couldn’t of had a better experience. JOE was incredible answered all of my questions honestly and didn’t make me feel like I was getting screwed over for making my first car purchase ever. Overall I recommend Crystal Chrysler because of how nice the staff was, but if you go there I definitely recommend asking for Joe! I am now the proud owner of a Jeep Wrangler and couldn’t be happier!

1st, service dept, Keith Cochrane has always given me good service. kudos. he is a pleasure to work with. Jean the driver, is such a nice Lady. Louie in sales was very nice. I have nothing nice to say about Ron and Ryan. heavy handed tag team sales tactics, not directly answering questions , giving me a hard time about giving my cars keys back to me ...to try to make a sale. Crystal , I like your service, but I went to Ferman. no giberish, answered my questions, no heavy sales pressure, straightforward , no surprises .
