Disappointing. Made an appointment two weeks in advance for all recalls to be replaced. Dropped off my van, halfway through the day I get a call informing me that they never ordered my parts. Thanks for wasting my time, guys. Good work.

I luv my Jeep Renegade. I have Huskies, and it's a great ride for us. Would like to thank My service advisor James Perez for quickly and safely getting us back out on the road. We ride every day through town visiting . with the virus and lockdowns going on this has been a safe and fun adventure allowing us to have a life. I really enjoy driving my Renegade and my dogs luv the spacious and comfortable room they have.

The price for the vehicle online was $45,070 and after applying the basic incentives, the price was lowered to $38,064. This is why “I should have walked away“.
