I've been going to Crystal Lake Dental Arts for several years now. What a great team of professionals there! Dr. Rempert, Amy, Carrie - everyone there is friendly and puts you at ease about having dental work done. This is the first place I have gone since the pandemic started that has made me feel totally comfortable with my surroundings. Grocery shopping, eating out, getting take-out, gas stations, restrooms, banks, ATMs...all are a trauma. Someone is not following the rules! My dentist office, of all places (some people don't like dentist offices) had me call the day before so they could ask questions. I have been a patient of Crystal Lake Dental Arts for many years, 20+, and tell anyone who is looking for an excellent dentist to make an appointment with Dr Rempert. He is always so kind, taking his time to explain any work necessary beyond my regular cleaning visits and is very gentle. His staff is always wonderful too, very personable and friendly.
