It is always a pleasure getting treatment from you
The staff was very pleasant. Everyone smiling and appeared to WANT to be there. They discussed the entire process and gave me step by step instructions. One of the best things was Martha warning me ahead of time when she was approaching an area that may be sensitive so I could be ready if she cleaned a spot that would cause discomfort.
Dr. Crystal is the best dentist! I used to work for a dental practice, and they were good, but none were even close to her skill, care, and attention to detail. Her office is 25 minutes away from me, and i will always be willing to drive that far. (I lived almost an hour each way for several years before i moved closer, and i still never considered switching to a closer practice). Her staff is also awesome! Our old dentist is no longer practicing, so we've been searching for a new one. Dr. Crystal was recommended I just finished my first time visit and it was wonderful! The staff and Dr. Crystal were very welcoming and informative. The visit was so good that I scheduled my husband for a visit because we have found our new dental home.
Dr Crystal is a wonderful dentist,and her office staff is top notch and they always take care of you with kindness and a personal approach. Special props to Patty at the front desk who always go the extra mile!
