I visited for my first time and everyone there is very nice, they take the time to understand you and make you feel comfortable.
I'm so glad I chose Dr. Schneider after doing a little bit of research! This was one of the most thorough new patient exams/cleanings I have ever had! Everything was explained to me in detail during the cleaning and I had a concern with my crowns from my previous dentist. She took all these concerns seriously and we started looking at options to fix it to keep my teeth as healthy as possible. Dr. Crystal's office is very professional. I was greeted promptly when I arrived for my appointment and called back for my cleaning within a short time. Everything was explained to me and I felt the cost was very reasonable for the services received. The office staff/scheduling software does a great job of sending reminders of my appointment to my phone and email and even added the appointment to my Google Calendar automatically.
I transferred to Dr. Crystal after my former dentist retired. She is AMAZING and her staff impeccable. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist... A+++! I highly recommend this dental practice. I felt welcomed and confident with the services I received. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment! She takes the time to discuss your oral hygiene and suggests options without pressure. Absolutely LOVE this practice!!!!
