I know most people hate going to the dentist but I like going to my dentists very friendly there and you don't feel a thing
I am a big chicken when I go to the dentist. But I will say everyone here was so nice and understanding and answered all my questions quickly and having never been here squeezed me in same day emergency appointment. I will definately be using Dr.Crystal as my dentist from now on.
I had an appointment with Dr. Crystal Schneider this was the first time I met the team. I walked in the atmosphere was warm and friendly the people were as well very very nice. The conversation that I had with the everyone was warm and inviting seem like I knew them for years. Then the discussion of my treatment was wonderful. Every aspect of this facility is top notch, starting with the staff. Everyone greets you with a smile and a warm hello. The employees genuinely seem to enjoy their work, and working with us customers. The facility is clean, organized, and has a very relaxing feel to it. My first visit with Dr. Crystal and though visiting the dentist is not one of my favorite activities...she and her entire staff were supportive and compassionate through my entire visit. It was a thorough and extremely educational exam. They take the time to hear you...which has not been always the case for me with medical professionals.
Dr. Crystal is an excellent dentist. Her staff members are friendly, conscientious, and competent. The ambiance of the office is beautiful and calming. I thoroughly recommend Dr. Crystal Schneider!
This place is amazing! I am very happy we made our switch. Dr. Crystal has an amazing way with kids! Mine really enjoy her and enjoy going to the dentist. The level of service was outstanding. I was explained in detail with every questions that I asked. I did not feel rushed or just a number. If was refreshing to be treated with such levels of customer service from the receptionist at the desk, and the staff that assists the Dr.. I would refer Dr. Crystal Schneider a 100 times over.
Emily was very helpful when I was in extreme pain. She got a hold of Crystal for me on a Sunday which was her day off to help me with getting an anabiotic that I needed. Great overall experience.Most dental offices are closed on Sunday for Crystal Told me if needed, she would come in on Sunday to take care of me. Thank you for everything.
