I was very warmly welcomed, and felt relaxed the whole time I was at my first appointment with Dr. Schneider. Patty, the receptionist was so sweet and helpful. Monica, the hygienist, was also very sweet, and extremely thorough. It was really quite nice being walked through every single step they took during my exam, cleaning, and everything else they did. Our whole family had appointments on this date and we all could not be happier. The care with the kids (and with us) along with the information that was given was incredible.
Dr Crystal and her entire staff are amazing! Just had my teeth cleaned...not by a hygienist but by my dentist!! She took her time and was patient with me and my anxiety. At first I thought she did it herself because of my anxiety but she did the same with my husband who has no prob in the chair. Thanks for taking good care of us!

From the moment that I called to schedule my first dental appointment, I felt like my time was "important" and not just like another number waiting to be seen. Dr. Schneider and her staff listened to my concerns and I truly felt comfortable throughout my first dental visit.
