Both Monica and Dr. Schneider were wonderful ! Very patient, understanding and extremely thorough ! They make a frightening experience very calm and relaxed.
Crystal is the best dentist I have ever had. Her staff is excellent as well, from the hygienists to the receptionist, high quality all.
I have already referred 4 people, and will refer more. Refreshing to have a DDS i can trust, and a dental practice that is thorough, professional and knowledgeable.
Not sure what I'm paying at the end of the visit? Is that a co-pay? Or a percentage of the visit. Just wondering why it doesn't all get billed to insurance.

The portion due from you at the time of service is the estimated difference between our fees and the amount to be paid by your insurance company, which is also known as a co-pay. Everyone there is super friendly. Yor receptionist makes us feel very welcome upon arrival. Crystal does an excellent job of explaining every part of the exam and treatment.

Such a friendly and caring staff. I would recommend anyone to see Dr. Crystal. She is very knowledgable and makes your visit to the dentist feel comfortable! My husband and I are very pleased with this office and have found our place to go.
The dental hygeniest, Monika is pleasant and very thorough. She explains everything she is doing and teaches you at the same time. Dr. Schneider's office is very clean and she uses the most modern equipement to determine the health of your teeth and gums.
