From the first call I made I knew that I picked the right Dental Practice, the receptionist gave me all of the information I needed and provided me with information about my payment options. Upon arrival I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and speed of getting me (a new patient) into the system and into the chair. The staff is very informative and friendly and Dr. Crystal is very thorough. She evaluated my overall health and how this related to my oral health. She is truly at the top of her field.
Patty, Beth and Dr Crystal were all a great pleasure to meet. My dental care was excellent and I plan on continuing my care with Dr Crystal. I learned more from her in one visit than I have ever learned from other practices I've gone to combined.
I do not remember all names, but the lady who checked me in and explained the financials was extremely nice, amiable, professional, inviting. The Dental Assistant, Sam(?) was equally so and did a good job explaining what she was doing and answering my questions. Dr. Schneider, for me, represents a new breed of dentist: patient-focused, compassionate, takes time to fully inform and explain and is accessible,easy to talk to. Overall, a great experience and feel I made the right choice with this practice.
The entire staff is always extremely aelcoming and very thorough With Every visit. My entire family Of five are all patients and I Know We are In good hands!
I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Crystal's practice. It was a very inviting, cozy, yet professional atmosphere. I felt my dental cleaning and exam were very thorough. I only wish I had discovered her practice sooner.
