Not respectful or professional, I've never been talked down to in such a rude way. I am a new tenant in a home and smelled gas around the hot water heater so I called my gas company they detected a leak on the stated "back of the control panel" and wrote up a hazardous condition form. Jason told me that was normal and when I questioned why the gas tech said otherwise he told me he was going to stop talking to me and ignore me basically. My issue still feels unresolved and I was talked to like a child.
Sam did an excellent job. Very happy with the work that was done.

Jason and Addison came over to help me with what I thought to be a small water pressure issue. Jason was very friendly and determined to solve my issue. Turns out the water softener in my old downtown home exploded and sent resin through my whole house. It was quite the complicated issue, but Jason came by for 2 days and put a lot of work into my home with a very good attitude all the while. We had a sewage block over Thanksgiving and these guys showed UP. They are honest, kind and on time and never seemed put off. We are grateful to have local companies we can trust and will use this team in the future and highly recommend to friends and family.
