My review is based on my experience with the Dr. I love coming here and always recommend my family and friends here because he is always so helpful and friendly. I never have to wait weeks for my contacts to come in because he always has them in stock. Definitely two thumbs up for Dr. Ramirez 😊👍🏼👍🏼
Girls at the front desk are soooo rudeee!! They've never once greeted me or said 'thank you' or even smiled! They have bad manners, bad customer service skills, and they're no help. Can something be done about that already?! I'm about to start buying my contacts somewhere else.
I have been visiting this place for over 10 years and today was the straw that broke the camel's back. The doctor has always been great but I can't say the same for the front staff. Just now I was treated and spoken to like a child. The person on the phone, Joanna, was extremely condescending and rude. After over 10 years, I'm going elsewhere. Dr. Ramirez, I hope you read this and realize what type of folks you have working for you and representing your business.
The ladies upfront were a bit rude but the Doctor was so helpful and informative and the people up in the Glasses store were also so very helpful and very informative it would've been a five if the ladies upfront in the Doctors office were more nicer and at least smiled..
The incompetent secretaries had me verify my own insurance information by having me call my company when that is clearly the offices job to do, making me have to make two separate trips to the office just to be seen.. and then when time comes to pick up my glasses I'm called a liar among other names by the supposed older more experience technician named Rene, anyone considering this place save your time health and money and go anywhere else please!!!
This place has the worst people working there including the doctor bs place never again going here what a waste, and I'm pretty sure they are the same people selling contacts at the flea market
