was a customer for 15+ years and same staff at front desk that's been there for years we was very rude no concern refused to let me talk to Dr she is very unfriendly not courteous at all very uncaring to resolve my issues I will not bed going back

The Dr is good.. but the front desk staff are horribly rude. I went there for many years but finally switched to another Dr.
I went by yesterday and the receptionist had a face like she hasn't been laid in yrs. She was rude and sour. Service was quick. Dr. Ramirez has always been dry but he does provide good service. I left my wallet behind and I offered to leave my phone to go get cash from the bank across the street. The receptionist made me take off my contacts instead, knowing my phone is worth 10 x the office visit. I apologized for my mistake and she did not respond. I guess it's the sour optometry.
Great service with awesome selection of frames that will fit any budget.
I got my eyes checked and was very pleased with the whole experience at Crystal Clear Optometry. Dr. Ramirez was very helpful in explaining what he was checking while performing the various tests he did. - Happy to report that according to Dr. Ramirez, my eyesight is, "Almost perfect." ;-)
The girls at the front desk are so rude. They have no manners and always seem like they hate their job. No smiles no customer service skills. They seriously need to be replaced.
