Everyone was very friendly and pretty much upfront. I didn't quite understand why two salesmen were involved. Joveal and Ernie were both excellent and thorough. He said there were only 3 gears on manual, there are 6. He said the sport button was for uphill and it is for winding roads according to the manual. Was pleasantly surprised finding all that I meet at the dealership were pleasant, friendly and happy to be there. This attitude is not found at many establishments.
Everything when good and fast with them being short handed. Got the car back everything was fine blue tooth finally was working after 6 months of not working but 3hrs later stopped working again. I was one of the first buyers of the dodge dart at this dealership I am disappointed that the phone feature stopped working so soon .I have brought this car back several times thinking this can get fixed but no one could get me in at a good time and it would take all day .I am a store manager myself and I need my car a lot so I coul... read more
