Seriously I am so upset at this service department. We took my husband's new dodge ram ecodiesel in for an oil change and the service department called us almost 4 hours later after the quoted 2 hour wait to tell us our truck is not drive able due to the power steering module that mysteriously went out and that they don't have anyone to look at it until Monday. What really makes me NEVER want to return there is the fact that we had our 7 month old daughter with us and my mother and they were refusing to give us a rental or f... read more
