We had Crystal Carpet Care out to deep clean the carpet in our basement. They were professional, quick, and respectful of the space. The carpets came out looking fresh and several stains that had been there forever were completely gone. We’ll definitely call them again.

I had a wonderful experience with this carpet cleaning service. The technician did an excellent job on her own, even with a water-damaged carpet, and she was very pleasant and professional throughout the process. Additionally, the company's boss was incredibly kind and made me feel valued as a customer. The price for the service was reasonable as well. I highly recommend this company and hope they continue to thrive and attract more clients.

I had an amazing experience with Crystal Carpet Care! They were very accommodating and thorough in their cleaning and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I could instantly tell my home was clean by the way the carpet looked and smelled. However there was no huge chemical smells and I had my whole home done in a day! Thank you so much! I will be calling again!

We recently used Crystal Carpet Care, and were extremely pleased with all aspects of the job that was done by Lindsey, their technician who we were fortunate enough to have. She was prompt, knowledgeable, very personable and had an amazing work ethic. Our carpets looked great after Lindsey completed the job, and still days later! We most certainly will recommend this company to our family and friends, and use them ourselves as soon as we are in need of their services.

We were grateful for the kind, prompt, and professional cleaning we received from Crystal Carpet Care during a quick move between offices. They left our new office smelling much better and even offered to come back at no charge if some of the spots returned after drying. Lindsay was thorough and communicated all the way through about her processes and what to expect. Taryn communicated clearly and answered my inquiry promptly. Definitely will be calling them in the future!
