Once again Brian, an extremely experienced and professional service technician diagnosed our problem. He ordered the part that needed replacement that day so it would come quickly. The office called to schedule the installation as soon as the part arrived. Brian returned , performed the needed repair and the system is back to normal running beautifully. Technician arrived less than two hours after I called, at the beginning of the expected time window. He was courteous and worked quickly. The price was very reasonable. I’ll absolutely call them again when I need services within their scope. Very pleased.

My a/c fan wasn't running causing my house to become very hot. I called Crystal and they were able to get some out to me in less than 2 hours and gave me a visit fee that was nearly half the previous place I called. The young lady who took my call was very kind as well. The gentleman they sent was extremely polite and professional and was able to determine what the problem was.
