I also had a simular experience. When I called the shop to schedule an appointment I could hardly hear becasuse a stylist in the background was cussing somebody out! It sounded soooo unprofessional. I made sure to tell the person on the phone not to give me that stylist..but not sure if that happened lol. I told them i currently had a weave and do they take weaves out. she said it was no problem but it would cost extra. Worst hair experience I have ever had. New to Charlotte and the reviews seemed good so I decided to give it a try. I went to get a sew-in with some hair left out at the top. She was suprised that I hadnt washed my hair when I arrived, and told me that I would have to pay extra for a wash...isnt that what the salon is for?!? She then rushed through sewing my tracks in because she had to be somewhere with her boyfriend or husband. My hair was done so poorly that the tracks were falling out within 3 days. Im in love with Crystal Bella, She is So Sweet and genuine, Upfront and honest, I came to Crysta Bella after hearing so many Great things about her, And my hair was done So Quick, So beautiful, and when she finished she told me ( NO CHARGE ) !!!!!!!!! Yes (NO CHARGE) and then pulled $100 out of her wallet and placed it in my hands and said " Be Blessed, You just dont see Stylist doing great things like that, I really needed that money at that time....She is a true blessing !!!

Unprofessional talks about customers behind their back while the customer is in the shop. Does not take care of real hair under the weave. Will try to hustle you if new to weaves to beware. My weave job was poorly done, I had loose tracks the very next day, the weave wasn't sewn in properly it was just thrown in my head like an amature did my hair. Very disappointed! This stylist is definitely NOT the best in Charlotte. If you have money, time and real hair to waste then this is your spot.

i went to crystal and i loved her my hair looks great no humps no lumps and shes fast and doesnt break your pockets she is very classy and down to earth i FREAKING LOVE HER AND MY HAIIR

I watched some of Crystal's videos online and liked what I saw so I made an appointment. I have very thick natural hair and thought that I would be in her salon for a long time and I would be able to see humps/lumps. She was very quick and when she says no humps no lumps, she means no humps no lumps. My hair is beautiful and I am very happy I went to her.

I had been researching a lot about weave/extensions because I had been wanting to git a full sew in done for a while now. When it came to finding someone to do it, I only wanted the best & for it to look as natural as possible. I searched for hair salons in charlotte, & crysstyles was the first to pop up. I've always wanted to have extensions again but I've had so many bad weaves, I just gave up... I would constantly look around at other women's hair trying to find a glimmer of hope out there for a fantastic weave but no such luck. They were always lumpy or unnatural looking. First just wanna say crystal is not new to hair!! And whoever u is trynna bring her name down u must be feeling this way cuz u hating on her work!!
