BUYER BEWARE… Please read with carefully before allowing this woman to do anything to hair! First of all I watched all of the YouTube videos of Crystal Bella; and although, the styles looked nice, perhaps the first indication that her work is subpar is the fact that her videos are 30 seconds to 1 minute, and made solely by stylist herself without little input from the customers. I booked through her scheduling website and it was very easy. I drove from Greensboro to her Raleigh location and I am so glad I did because the drive was totally worth it! CrystalBella is truly an artist who takes pride in her work. She helped me bring my "sexy" back and my husband couldn't stop playing with my hair LOL! She was a sweetheart and one of those genuine people who really love what they do. I certainly will be going back to her, because it's been a long time since I've look this good ;)
Crystal is so unprofessional. Made an appt online, called spoke to her to cofirm, then the day of she cancels via the schedule system. My first visit she did a good job. I just pressed through her being so ghetto and bragging about her celebrity clients and how she makes 6 figures. Even if all that was true, it's tacky to consistently talk about it. Crystal has to be the most professional and kind hearted woman I know she drove from Charollete to Raleigh NC last minute, in the snow to do my hair. I have had plenty weaves before and none have ever been like this not only did I come out looking fabulous I was at complete peace and felt very welcomed and in good hands the whole time I was in there. This is a excellent upscale hair salon which means your going to pay a little extra but its worth it in the long run. Ms.crystal bella works miracles on your weave and your own real hair. My first encounter with Crystal was in September on the day of my wedding after I stylist cancelled on me. Crystal took me in and not only did she make me a flawless bride by doing my hair but she also did make up too. She came to the wedding location with no early notice and helped me on one of the most important day's of my life. She even instructed the photographer on the shots he needed to take. I freaking love crystal Bella she is one of the most humble down to earth person . She actually took time out of her holiday and did my hair on thanksgiving . I never seen someone work with so many women and care about everyone and to it ok such a timely matter. I have been going to crystal for a yr and a half and the hair that she sells is the best I have had my same hair for 6 months and it looks fresh and new everytime I go .love love love crystal Bella !!!
