Do not go here!!!!! When i first went to her, i didn't know much about weaves and it was my first one and she ripped me off!!!! To start off the online appointment booking is HORRIBLE!!! I went online to set an appointment and chose a time that was free. I got a call later saying that time was not available and they suggested another time to sign up for. I told them that it said it was unavailable on the website and i was told to schedule on a time that was open and make a note saying it was for the time that was closed??wtf... read more

I had my appointment with Crystal about 2 months ago. I will have to say first of all she was such a champ... due to the fact she drove to durham and only had three clients to service. She was very nice and her assistant was as well♥ I worried her to death calling her constantly to make sure she was coming but, she did and i was so happy... i used my own hair (which I won't do again), so next time i am getting her virgin hair. All in all she drove from charlotte to durham to service clients and she is awesome♥

It is truly challenging to find the words to describe how pleased I am with my hair and my new stylist Crystal Bella. Crystal has the ability to not simply give you a style, she has the talent to use hair to highlight the beauty that is specific to your features. While you are in Crystal Bella's chair, you will certainly feel like a princess, and you will leave her salon looking like a queen.

I went to Crystal Bella for the first time in May, I told her I needed to get some prior weave taken out my hair and I needed a new sew in. She did a magnificent job, I got my hair taken out and washed. After that I got it braided and she sewed in the weave. My hair was fabulous. Customer service was great as well, I didn't have to wait to get seen or anything as soon as I stepped in the shop I was seen. So ladies if you want a celebrity sew in she is the best and is worth the travel.

I went to crystal two ago and I luv my hair I brought the hair she recommend the hair is the best hair it's tangle free she is the best styles I been to this far I would recommend anyone who want a good weave you will not be disappointed at all!!!!!

I had a scheduled appt with Crystal today 06/02/12. However something must of happended because I tried to call her a few days before the appt and after not getting a answer and leaving several messages with no return call, I decided to go by the shop as I had a few questions to ask her about the expensive hair she demanded me to purchase..only "remy hair". i went here because i was tired of driving to atlanta for sew-in but her distasteful comments about my natural hair completely turned me off- as a 1st time client i expected a lot more class than that. I had brought her a drink from a store and she even had a rude remark because i didnt get a "diet"... i left and did not get a service performed. I've been to crystal 3 times in the past. The last time was definitely my last her quality of work has gotten awful she's too lazy to braid your hair herself but she can't keep good braiders so she uses her daughter or other family members. She complained to her daughter that she was taking to long to braid my hair and her daughters response was, " you know I'm not a braider". Horrible customer service. I went to CrysStyles hair boutique for the first time and will never go back or recommend anyone. For my first time I had questions about pricing and styles. She told me that she did not have time to discuss pricing. While in the salon Crystal and her assistant would talk about customers that called to inquiry about pricing and appointments.
