Great place, I highly recommend it! The staff is awesome! And.....Cryotherapy is such a good way to reduce inflammation, reduce pain and speed up recovery. Give it a try!

Laine knows his stuff and so does the entire staff. He cares about his clients and wants to help. I have many issues. Nothing to fix but to relieve the painful symptoms of my problems......IT WORKED�. It didn't totaly relieve all the pain, but I'm not taking any medication anymore. Thank you so much�
I've heard a lot about this place so I figured I try it out yesterday, and it lived up to the hype. My body felt refreshed afterwards and I had the best sleep I've had in a long time last night. Will definitely be going back sometime soon
I am training for the Fox Cities half marathon and was dealing with some hip pain. I tried PT, 2 weeks rest, and stretching. I was not getting the relief I needed to continue training. In a last ditch effort I purchase a 5 pack. After 4 sessions of whole body Cryotherapy I was able to return to running without pain. I completed a 10 mile run this morning without pain at my training pace! Thank you for saving my training plan and allowing to resume running towards my goal without pain!
The staff is very knowledgeable and trustworthy! I am a runner and cryotherapy has done wonders during training and before/after races. I recommend it to anyone who mentions pain �.
I have been dealing with knee pain for years and have to say was a little skeptical about trying Cryotherapy as nothing has helped my knee pain. I was pleasantly surprised and couldn't believe the way my knees felt after 1 treatment.
