This place is great!! Went in had a great experience with the owner himself! Did it right after a leg day at the gym and before a 8 hour volleyball tournament. Played the best I have ever played and felt great the whole time! Highly recommended!

Tried for the first time today and had an awesome experience! Extremely friendly staff and they did a great job helping me feel comfortable and knowing what to expect with it being my first time. I went after my workout and it felt amazing for some muscle recovery. Definitely recommend!

I am thrilled with the results for my sciatic nerve pain. I have been coming for 3 weeks and have the best results of all of the things I have tried ( Dry needling, meds, traction, physical therapy, and yoga). The staff is very friendly and appointments are easy and fast. The results are fabulous! I recommend giving it a try.
The moment I walked in the door they made us feel welcome. I was nervous because I do not do well with cold temperatures. They walked us through the process and said if at any time we become uncomfortable we can stop the process. I have been dealing with chronic daily migraines for 10 years.
