I started cryotherapy because I tore my ACL and it helped the swelling go down so I could get the surgery sooner and after surgery it helped at lot with the swelling and the pain. I would 100% recommend going and the staff are great too

Best decision I have ever made to start Cryotherapy. It has helped my fibromyalgia and low back pain (I can walk around the mall without sitting down!). Since I started in July, I've been sleeping better and I don't eat as much. Has really controlled my appetite. I also don't snack as much as I use to. For someone who hates the cold, I would recommend Cryotherapy to any one who has pain.
LIFE.CHANGING!!! A friend of mine recommended I go in for headaches (occasional migraine) and muscular back/neck pain cause by my job (I’m a dental hygienist).
