Honestly cannot express how grateful I am for the team at Appleton. I hurt my back just a couple weeks before vacation and was nervous I wasn't going to feel better before I left. After 4 cryotherapy apts and a local treatment, I feel 100% again! Currently on the road for vacation and I feel amazing!

I absolutely loooove this place! Cryotherapy has so many health benefits... and the best part? It takes such little time! As someone battling cancer, I will say my personal favorites are full body and Nano Vi...working at the cellular level which excites me. Anything to boost my immune system & make me feel good is huuuge! If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend! The staff is super friendly & knowledgable—talk to them about your ailments and they’ll have suggestions! Do yourself a favor & check it out soon.
I can not express enough how amazing my cryo experience has been! I have had chronic neck, shoulder and lower back pain from sitting at a desk for 8+ hours a day at my job. Cryotherapy has been the only thing that has really helped. I hate being cold but this cold is so different, it’s hard to explain. My son loves it as well, it has helped his mood when he has felt the stress of working 2 jobs and going to school. I have been doing cryo for 18 months at least twice a week. The full body freeze has helped my gut health. I had diverticulitis every three month. You get very sick, miss work and have to go on very harsh antibiotics. Since cryo I have not had a flare up for more than 15 months. I also recover faster from a cold or flu with NanoV. I get local treatments for pulled muscles. Five stars for the staffs knowledge and friendliness.
great for pain and energy. not sure how the appointments work though. made appointments twice for a specific time but they let walk-ins go before.
Works great for me to elevate my mood and energy level.
