I started cryotherapy last week and have been in 4 times. I am amazed at how much better I feel overall, how I am sleeping better and how much more energy I have. I have always had a lot of tension and inflammation in my shoulders and back and it is so much better now. My shoulders sit lower and I have experienced so much relief! So thankful I gave it a try. (Also- it’s really not as cold/bad as you would think! Very tolerable.)
Friendly, knowledgeable staff made me feel comfortable trying this (new to me) out. Will be back, as it was a refreshing feeling recovering from a week of strong workouts. Not to mention a centralization treatment for a previous injury!

My husband purchased the 5-session starter pack for me for Christmas, and it was the best gift I received this year! I have been dealing with constant pain in my lower back, hip, neck and shoulders for so long, it just became my accepted normal. But since I have been going to cryotherapy, I have been enjoying more days with less pain and more energy! It has done wonders - best gift ever! The staff is amazing, welcoming and very knowledgeable, and always make you feel like you are the most important client at every visit.
This place is AMAZING. I've suffered with chronic back pain for over 25 years and this is the only thing that gives me relief. The staff is very informative and helpful. Thank you for bringing this to town!
I really enjoyed the experience and I can’t wait to try I again! Can’t wait to see if I’m going to get results from the facial.
