This cryo chamber is run by some very friendly and helpful people, and it does exactly what they tell you it does. After spending a few minutes in the chamber, following an intense workout, I felt completely revitalized, and some pain I've been experiencing the past few months in my knees and lower back was GONE. It was amazing, and this is worth checking out at least once.

I was a little skeptical of cryotherapy, but with a herniated disc and significant pain, I decided to give CryoStudio a shot. After only a few sessions I feel much better. Great service and great people.
