Amazing!!! Today I had my first experience with Cryogenic therapy. I went in extremely sore from a strength training workout (leg day) that I could barely walk. To be honest, I was not expecting to see this much improvement after my first session. I'm so glad I finally made it to see my new best friend, Derek! I will be back!! ❤️ 😊
Outstanding!!!! Derek does a tremendous job. Very pleased with the way I feel and going back again tomorrow. Will setup a 10 or 12 cycle to go at least once a week.
Today I had my 2nd cryotherapy session. I went help with the edema in my ankle and calf and some shoulder pain. I was very apprehensive about experiencing the cold but Derek Ferry led me step by step through an awesome experience. I feel invigorated, very positive, more energetic and comfortable. I'm looking forward to my next visit and many, many more in the future.
