Went here for my first ever cryotherapy session. It was awesome! Super clean office, friendly knowledgeable staff. I work out a lot and have aches and pains everywhere along with 3 slipped discs in my lower back. Even after the first session I felt some relief. If you are nervous about how cold it is, don't be! It wasn't bad at all. I felt great after. I bought a package and will definitely be going regularly.
Let's just say it felt like a full body massage and it took 3 min...Staff was really friendly and helpful. If you have any aches and pains definitely a must try. I can't wait for my next session. Thanks Cryospot you guys awesome and keep up the good work.
One word people- Cryospot! Cryotherapy is absolutely amazing. I have only been 2x so far, yet I have had immediate results and the best sleep in a while now. Definitely worth a try. The owners are really nice and very accommodating. A great place to chill. I am a believer. if you are active and care to be relieved of dicomfort then you need to try cryotherapy.
