My back and knee have been hurting from workout out so much. Ive always wanted to try this so I thought it was the perfect time to do since Cryo Spot came to The Camp Westminster my gym and talked to us. Oh man I'm so glad I tried this. I'm in love with this place. I've done two sessions and my back already feels better and I sleep like a baby after each session. The staff is so amazing and helpful. I defiantly recommend people to try Cryo Spot.
I love this place! Yesterday was my second time and I brought along two friends who absolutely loved it! Can't wait to go back! Best sleep and my body feels fantastic!
