I felt rejuvenated after my whole body cryotherapy session. After that I went for a cryo-facial, which was refreshing and helped clear up my face. I will definitely be back!
I did the TRIFECTA!! And being a person constantly battling with auto immune issues, this actually left me feeling exhilarated and hopeful that living with pain with be a thing of the past! Fyi DO NOT SKIP THE SALT ROOM!! Amazing!

I bought a Groupon for 3 Salt Therapy Sessions. I already scheduled my 2nd Salt Therapy Session and really enjoyed my time to Relax and Unwind. I recommend bringing a few friends along, so you can all sit together and enjoy your downtime ( 3 people fit comfortably). Next, I had 10 minute Cryo Facial and it was invigorating. It feels like a cold mist on the scalp, face and neck. It can feel quite cold at times. Ready for my next one. The kind of pampering I like. I highly recommend trying these services.:)))

I went to Cryology yesterday 2/8/17 with my sister. We both loved it! We found it very relaxing, very! The room was set up like a beach, with our choice of music playing, dimmed lights, and we just breathed! we will definitely be going back.
I tried Cryology because of pain and swelling in various joints in my knees, ankle, shoulder, neck and back. The infrared sauna relieved the swelling and the pain for a while! The staff is friendly and the prices are fare (check-out groupon). If you're looking for pain relief or just want to leave the winter behind without going to far, this is the way to do it!
