At first I was a little nervous but the girl was very sweet. I actually feel good and calm knees don’t hurt I will be back 😊
I tried cryo for the first time yesterday and I was a little nervous going in because of the temperature it goes down to. Nikki was really great with talking to me during the entire session and taking my mind off of the coldness. Afterwards, when my body warmed up, my muscles felt so much looser and I felt a general sense of calm. I would definitely recommend to anyone trying to relieve muscle tension. I will definitely be back for more sessions and might even explore the other different therapies offered there as well!

Unbelievable. The pain in my legs disappeared almost instantly after my first visit. The staff was polite and helpful.
I’m guess I’m in the minority here, but I found the staff to be disinterested and going through the motions because they had to. No enthusiasm at all. I asked a question of the man working with the tanks and got a one word answer. The salt room is very small and you could hear every word that was being said in the room next door. Not peaceful at all honestly. They do the cyro, salt room and a gym in a space smaller than my den. I’m giving three stars because it definitely did clear up my sinuses. Disappointing.
