It was a positive experience. I definitely got relief from my chronic back pain. I went in walking hunched over and was walking upright after I came out. I had it done yesterday and my back is still feeling pretty good. I would definitely recommend cryotherapy to my friends and family.

Finally tried Salt therapy! I must say I’m hooked. I really didn’t believe the hype but I was proven wrong. I am getting over having Strept throat and went yesterday to try it. I have too say it truly helped me feel relaxed for sure, left there feeling so peaceful. Most importantly, I walked out of the 55 min session breathing so much better. The staff was so welcoming and informative!! I’m hooked
Cryology is great! The team offers not only full body and face treatments, but local treatments. I love that they also have a salt room, infrared sauna, alkaline water, and vibe machines! They are worth the travel if it's not nearby! The team is knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

My boss treated me to my very first cryology session on January 31st.. I went in with very sore muscles and lower back pain and I have to tell you that I felt absolutely amazing after my visit .. My body felt refreshed and I had the best sleep that night ! The staff was amazing and knowledgable! I will definetly be purchasing a package for myself and also my husband and son !
