Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, will definitely revisit
I highly recommend it to anyone that is very active into sports or Martial arts, my body feels great!!! I will be doing this at least once a month!
Girls night out at the salt room at Cryology was great! The room was relaxing, clean and effective. We all felt great afterwards. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was an overall wonderful experience.

I'm a UFC Fighter who has been in wars inside and outside of the cage. My body is all types of beat up lol but I'm still able to perform at a high level because of my ability to take pain thank God.
