I Was very nervous to try this as this was my husbands idea and I hate the cold, however the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! The three minutes wasn't bad at all because they talk to you during it, distract you and it's over before you know it! Felt great afterwards, thanks!
I visited Cryology recently for the use of the infrared sauna. It was so relaxing on a chilly day. The staff there is sooooooooooo very nice and accommodating. They explain everything throughly and are always pleasant smiling faces when you enter the facility. I can't wait to try more services from them, including the Himalayan salt room. I would def recommend this place to anyone looking for pain relief and/or relaxation.
Such a great experience! I have rheumatoid arthritis and my elbows were really bothering me prior to the cryo treatment. I felt great afterwards and the following day. Inflammation and pain was much improved! I will definitely be back for another session!
Went in the salt room w a dear friend.. We had a great time Catching Up..and Loved the Benefits of the Salt!! We could feel it working immediately..and my friend says her nose was draining all night and slept like a baby!!Cant wait to go back! TY �
I went with my husband for the salt cave with little expectation as I knew very little about it. And I'm still not sure I know that much about it still, but I plan to go again. The staff is very nice and helpful. The experience was very pleasant, relaxing and soothing but mostly I was amazed at how well I could breathe when I left!
