An amazing psychological service in Halifax! Especially Dr. Sherry and his team are so friendly and cooperative. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The psychologists are knowledgeable, patient, and provide insightful guidance tailored to individual needs. The office environment is also calming and comfortable, making sessions even more effective. I highly recommend CRUX Psychology to anyone seeking mental health support.
As a veteran, I am completely let down disregarded disrespected and horribly disappointed in the huge lack of service that I have received from this facility. I highly suggest everybody especially veterans to completely avoid this office by all means

I was referred to Crux psychology via a program that my employer offers. Needing documentation for programs I am applying for both in and outside my work environment, I was connected with Dr. Crowhurst for assessment. The main goal of these assessments were to see if any of my symptoms could be provided with an official clinical diagnosis (having been treated for things in the past but having no official diagnosis in my case). Buyer beware. This isn’t a real therapy practice, it seems to be some sort of badly run referral system. Bait and switch from a highly qualified name (from someone in BC who doesn’t even appear to practice in NS?) to someone far less credentialed. One short appointment ending in “I can’t help you” and the second appointment (which people are basically forced to prebook to “reserve your spot”) cancelled by the alleged clinician. Truly bizarre. Stay away.
