It took some time to open their Pacific Beach location But my Husband & I are going and really enjoy it! We are both over 50 & don’t feel uncomfortable. The Equipment is fantastic and it’s Not crowded there.
Supposed to open about 9 months ago. Nobody answers the phone. I paid for 50 training sessions 9 months ago when they supposed to have opened and I still cannot use them (or the gym obviously since they have not opened). They won't let me use them at other Crunch gyms either.
I have been trying to cancel my membership for about two months now, every time I go in they tell me "the manager will be in tomorrow to take care of this" and t never does. Honestly the worst crunch location to ever exist. Do not sign up. This place is awful, I am just trying to get a refund and their location phone number doesn't even exist. This place is awful.
