This location had the full array of weight machines and free weight machines. selection of aerobic machines was adequate and the bike I rode was in well maintained. they had a nautilus upper body cardio machine that was basically a bicycle for your upper body. We have 2 of these in Hamburg, NY Crunch but this one was far superior, working your arms, shoulders and chests smoothly and effectively. everyone in the gym was cheerful, focused and pleasant, including both patrons and staff. very clean and great staff
Great location, machines are in good shape. The only knock on this place is that some of the areas are kind of messy or dirty, including the restroom. By PB standards though it's pretty good ;)
I canceled my membership about a year ago and it didn't cancel now it's in collections and not only will they not refund me but no one will return a phone call, even when they say they will call me back, they won't. It's a disaster. you probably should have stayed closed.

Opening time is 6am on a Saturday. 7 am gym is closed standed here for 30 minutes nobody came? Is this a joke??? You people are a joke. My time is valuable I woke up at 6.30 am on a Saturday to get my things done, and the horrible employees couldn't show up to do their own darn job. BE ASHAMED
Employees need to enforce gym rules better. They need to stop putting up with bad behavior from members. We’re all adults: we don’t save spots and we don’t cry when someone says no. If you’re not with the equipment, you get no say. It’s fine to ask if someone is willing to move, but you can’t assume because you asked, they have to move. If they say no, gather your crap and go somewhere else. I was sexually harassed by a member in this scenario and the manager did nothing instead of demanding the member leave me alone.
