I joined Crunch in May 2016, after I was told the PB location would be opening in August 2016. It's nearly February 2017, and the gym is still not open, and I have yet to be reimbursed for my sign-up fee, even after following up three times (and counting). So far my experience with Crunch is empty promises and HORRIBLE customer service. I'm now with 24 Hour Fitness, which has been amazing.
Well its not open yet, but the jamacha location is awesome. And great value too. But its hard to work out when the girls won't stop staring at me...haha j.k.
I know this place isn't open yet, but I contacted them about my membership and they responded so quickly and really helped. I look forward to going to this gym when it opens.
Honestly don't think this place is ever going to open. After walking by it in Nee Years Eve, the inside is still as desolate and delapidated as it was 3 months ago. Sad to see so a property go unused for so long. Really thought this could be a nice gym for PB area. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THEIR MEMBERSHIPS Walked by this weekend after getting another 20 flyers saying they were going to open... still an empty building with a few construction tools. Stop sending out flyers if you aren't ready to open!
Great space, convenient and friendly staff!! Fun place to work out and excellent classes! This is a major plus for Pacific Beach.
Deceptive and they keep pushing back the open date every time you ask. Thats if you can get someone on the phone.
Obviously can't get it together since I've been waiting 4 months. Sick of waiting and getting fat. Wish they'd be more professional instead of getting people to sign up and keep pushing opening dates back
I signed up for the gym in pb and now it looks like the place is for lease with out ever opening. When I called customer service to cancel my membership and get my deposit back they told me I had to cancel at the location I signed up at. I told them the location I signed up at never opened. Their response was for me to dispute it with my bank. Super shady on their part. Do not give this gym your $.
