Amazing place. I never feel judged or like I shouldn’t be there. The guys and gals at the front are friendly and encouraging. Kristina is the best trainer there by far (in my not so humble opinion, I’ve known her for years and years). I feel stronger every time I go.

I used to be very heavy and out of shape. Now, I'm in the best shape of my life! All thanks to Crunch Fitness El Cajon Jamacha! BTW, Marvin has nice hair, and Tasha has a nice ***. 5 stars all the way!!!!
it is good gym but.. when you go inside it is smell bad.. too stink
Owners are slum lords. They dont fix anything. Find another gym and dont waste time at Crunch.
Love this place now that it 24hrs. David and Danny are great as trainer the best. Also Marvin has great customer service as alway. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!
