I personally love this gym...I went practically my entire life heavy out of shape, never working out but I started going here about 2 ys ago and everybody was just so nice and non judgmental..this is conveniently located and I love the hours
I've been coming to this amazing gym for about 2 years , the staff is so very helpful and always greets me everyday no matte how busy they are at the desk . Marvin and Tasha are a big part of why I'm here everyday ok and the massage bed lol !!!
El Cajon Crunch is my fitness family! They always help me with proper form and how to correctly use the equipment. They keep me motivated on my fitness goals. All of their staff is friendly everytime I am there, which is 5-6 days a week. I love my fit family!

Got my car stolen from there yesterday and this shit sucks
My brother n law got his keys and pants stolen 4rm his locker and car stolen n the parking lot on Saturday. No apparent help 4rm faculty or management on recovery of property that was stolen on their grounds. I would never go there if I were u.
