Not a gigantic place and being one of the biggest (over weight) persons in the place, felt no intimidation. Staff were very friendly.
It is one of the smaller locations-wish they had spin at this location. Staff is fab and place is clean.
Second night in a month that the gym has closed citing repairs with no planned warning. How is this possible that no warning is given to customers for repair work or notification that the gym is closing? There is nothing wrong with the gym from the outside. This is unbelievable.
Just moved to the area and this gym is really close and has everything you need. It is smaller so it has weeded out the fluff and so far I have only seen people who are serious about their fitness attending. So far I have only had to wait a total of 2 sets for a bench but most equipment is readily available.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The establishment is clean. Everyone is very knowledgeable. The price is reasonable and the atmosphere has a positive vibe.
