Do not go here. Tracy Critelli is a money hungry individual that cares about nothing but scamming you into hacky training classes that they will continue to charge you for, OUTSIDE OF YOUR CONTRACT, and refuse to refund. Tracy Critelli I want my money back. STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE
They will steal your money...Signed up for what I was told was a month-to-month personal training program but they signed me up for a year and the fitness director, Allison Sweet, refused to cancel it. I had to sign and initial on their digital signature pad for the first month's payment, but the screen display was conveniently "not working" so I couldn't see anything. Arguably my favorite Crunch in the area.Convenient location. Friendly desk help when I need it. *** The ONLY Crunch I’ve been in lately where someone/staff is actively cleaning during operating hours!! Never have issues finding paper towels/cleaner either.
I love it and it’s a great gym
Staff are very welcoming very efficient and the bathrooms are clean all the time
Awesome place to work out and great value.
