Everything is still in really great/new shape. Staff is great. Would love a couple more flat benches, other than that place is great.

Is the best gym
I am new here but don't appreciate the "nutritional consult" which is really a high pressure sales pitch for personal training. I'm not even sure the person had formal training in nutrition. . Also, mostly very young people managing/ working there no age diversity.
I’ve been multiple gyms but this one is by far the best one!! The staff is awesome too!!

People at this gym WORK. I am inspired to give it all I've got every time I'm there. The night yoga classes are worth the 20 bucks all by themselves. I have four gym memberships (long story) this one is by my favorite.
